Dear all,
well Jaap, I am not so sure about this cyber space communication, when we do not manage even e-mail contacts, but here we go, let's give it a try. I am just coming from a meeting with Heike's team and things are very well on their way now. It seems everyone faces the gap between motivation and high goals for self evaluation and the reality of daily work routine. Should we make it a topic in the newsletter? And also how our members eventually coped with it?
